Orders may experience delays due to our warehouse relocation. Thank you for your patience while we move to a bigger and better space. Delays of up to 2 weeks in processing time may occur as we relocate. Your order can be refunded at any time (if not shipped and upon your request).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking details in a Shipping Confirmation email. Please ensure to also check your spam/junk folder by searching for "Troya Beauty."
If you have the Shop app, you will also be able to track your order there.
If you have not received a tracking number, it may be because you entered the incorrect email/phone number at checkout. Shipping Confirmation emails with tracking numbers are usually sent within 1 business day of receiving your payment.
