it was never scanned in to australia post the tracking number i was given says it doesn’t exist but troya beauty keeps saying it was definitely scanned in and aus post says not i’ve paid for express post and it is now 11days later and still no answers ive call aus post they helped abit and troya beauty won’t even answer
